The Producers adalah drama korea yang bercerita tentang Seung-Chan (Kim Soo-Hyun) yang memutuskan untuk bekerja di divisi hiburan jaringan televisi KBS. Di hari pertama bekerja, Seung Chan sudah mengalami kesulitan saat berhadapan dengan PD Ye Jin (Kong Hyo Jin ). Ye Jin adalah produser program musik, "Musik Bank". Seung Chan semakin kesulitan saat berhadapan dengan PD Joon Mo (Cha Tae Hyun) yang merupakan produser varity show "1 Night 2 Days". PD Joon Mo adalah teman lama dari PD Ye Jin. Seung Chan juga nantinya akan bertemu dengan penyanyi populer bernama Cindy (IU).
